Replacement part works as expected. Staff is fantastic and knowledgeable.
Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because The internal seal was warped slightly but not enough to break the seal. Also, the pin under the handle is a bit small and tries to slip out.

Replaced the original (ca 2012) multiport valve that was allowing air into the pond when using the air blower and starting to leak water to the waste line in filter position. Direct replacement and easy installation by taking apart the sight glass per Trevor’s recommendation. Trevor confirmed I needed the new style and also confirmed no beads would be lost when removing the valve. Valve works smoothly, all issues corrected, and no fitting leaks. Excellent customer service.

Replacement works as expected. Gasket needs replacement every few years. Would be nice to be able to replace gasket independent of complete core replacement.
