We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we cannot ship within these times, we will contact you using the information you have provided.  General cutoff time to ensure an order will go out that day is 2pm PST.  Shipping method is at our discretion. We may use a service different than the one selected at checkout if that service can get your product(s) to you in a shorter amount of time.

Damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

It is our policy to ship in compliance with U.S.D.O.T. (US Dept. of Transportation CFR 49) regulations.

Free Shipping

Orders over $750, before tax, qualify for free economy shipping within the contiguous United States only.

Items canceled in an order that originally qualified for free shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost of the remaining items if the order is now below $750.

Fish do NOT qualify for free shipping. All other items added to a fish sale that exceed $750 will ship free excluding the purchased fish.

Koi inventory is updated daily and kept as accurate as possible. However, because of many different factors, you may happen to purchase a koi that is not available. In this case, you would be entitled to a full refund.

Address Problems

Any delivery problems arising from the address provided by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any fees incurred will also be the responsibility of the customer and will be paid for by the customer. Please do not send to an address where the delivery may be refused.
UPS will NOT ship domestic orders to a P.O. Box. Be sure to check your address and if necessary, use a physical street address.

Domestic Shipping Only (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

Freight Shipments

Depending on the items in your order, it may be shipped via freight. All orders containing the Advantage Bead filter will only be sent via freight. For freight specific instructions, please read here- Additional Freight Information

International Shipping

International shipping is available. International customers will be responsible for any Customs duties or fees for the full purchase price of the order. Please call for more information. (916) 652-4231
