We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we cannot ship within these times we will contact you using the information you have provided. General cutoff time to ensure an order will go out that day is 2pm PST. Shipping method is at our discretion we may use a service different than the one selected at checkout if that service can get your product(s) to you in a shorter amount of time than what was selected at checkout.
It is our policy to ship in compliance with U.S.D.O.T. (US Dept. of Transportation CFR 49) regulations.
Orders over $750 qualify for free economy shipping within the contiguous United States only.
Items canceled in an order that originally qualified for free shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost of the remaining items if the order is now below $750.
Fish do NOT qualify for free shipping. All other items added to a Fish sale that exceeds $750 will ship free excluding the purchased Fish.
Live Koi Fish
We use Southwest Cargo to ship live koi fish. We request that you make your online purchase for the koi fish and after the order is placed we will contact you as soon as possible to give you an accurate shipping quote to your delivery address. If you are not satisfied with the shipping quote, you will receive a full refund.
Koi inventory is updated daily and kept as accurate as possible. But because of many different factors, Koi that are purchased online may not be available after your purchase has already been made. In the event of the Koi you purchased online is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Any delivery problems arising from the address provided by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any fees incurred will also be the responsibility of the customer and will be paid for by the customer. Please do not send to an address where the delivery may be refused.
UPS will NOT ship domestic orders to a P.O. Box. Be sure to check your address and if necessary, use a physical street address.

At our discretion your order may be shipped via freight. All orders containing the Advantage Bead filter will only be sent via freight.
