30 days or less

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

31 – 60 days

Products returned within 31 – 60 days of the original purchase date may be exchanged for another product or returned for store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

61 – 120 days

Products returned within 61 – 120 days from the original purchase date may be exchanged for another product or returned for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to return a product

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t damaged

Shipping charges

You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping and for the risk of damage to or loss of the product during shipping, both to and from Sacramento Koi.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Damaged/ Missing items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Small Package: Damage and or shortage must be reported within 5 days. Any damage and or shortage reported after 5 days cannot be claimed and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Freight Shipments: Shipment MUST be checked for damage and or shortage while driver is still present. All damage and or shortage must be notated on BOL (Bill Of Lading) prior to signing. Damage not notated on delivery must be reported within 1 day of delivery. Any damage and or shortage noticed after 1 day cannot be claimed and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

Used/Discontinued Equipment

All used/discontinued equipment sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned.

Special order items

Special order items cannot be refunded.
