Sacramento Koi is very proud of our whole line of Advantage products. Each Advantage product was designed and thoroughly tested by Sacramento Koi’s pond building division to make sure that it performs to our high standards. For that reason, we are able to offer the best warranty in the industry on each of our products.

Advantage Bead Filters come with a one year, unconditional, satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not completely satisfied for any reason during the first year after purchasing an Advantage Bead Filter, you may return it for a full refund of your original purchase price. This refund does not cover any return shipping costs. Full or partial returns that cause the original order to no longer qualify for free shipping will be subject to the original shipping cost. Filter must be returned in good working condition. Used equipment sales are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee.

All Advantage Filters come with the following warranty:

1 year satisfaction guarantee
2 year warranty on the Multi-port Head (See below for details)
2 year warranty on the Blower (See below for details)
3 year warranty on the Tank
3 year warranty on the Bulkhead (See below for details)

The following Advantage Products come with the following warranty:

2 year warranty on the Electrical Tower
2 year warranty on the concrete bottom drains
2 year warranty on the Fish Safe Skimmer
2 year warranty on the Collector Box and Skimmer

The Products below come with the following Manufacturer warranty:

3 year warranty on the Performance Pro Pump
3 year warranty on UV housing unit due to UV damage
1 year warranty on UV Ballast (Power Supply)
90 day warranty on UV lamp

*The above warranty does not cover damage due to freezing or “acts of God” such as ﬂooding, tree falling, etc.
*Some items may require being shipped back to Sacramento Koi for repair or evaluation at the customer’s expense.

*All pumps sold by Sacramento Koi are approved for use with the Advantage Bead filter. Pump would need to be purchased at time of filter purchase for warranty to be valid. Any pump purchased separate from the filter purchase will void the expressed Advantage Filter warranty. Sparus pump requires the priming feature to be disabled. Sparus pumps installed with priming enabled will void the expressed Advantage Filter warranty.

*The Advantage blower and multiport head warranty is against manufacturer defect. Blower water damage is not covered. Shutoff valve/ spring valve assembly are a wearable item and should be inspected regularly for leaks. Disassembly of any blower component voids the warranty.

*Advantage Bulkhead warranty is valid for 3 years from the purchase date or up to 1 replacement, whichever comes first. Warranty is only applicable on new filter purchases. Replacement would be of only the broken components. No additional parts are included. If beads are lost due to bulkhead failure, beads would be covered 1 time up to 50% of the filters original full capacity. Bulkhead wrench and shipping of replacement parts are not included. Warranty is nontransferable.

*Our warranty is strictly limited to either the repair or the replacement cost of any products we sell. This includes the sale of equipment, products and/or koi. There is no implied warranty beyond this statement.
